Equation is an award-winning charity that promotes equal, healthy relationships free from domestic abuse. 1 in 4 women will be abused by a partner, ex or family member at some point in their lives and on average 2 women a week lose their lives because of domestic violence.

Equation exists to prevent and reduce the harm caused by domestic abuse and sexual violence in Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire, and we have undertaken extensive specialist training in order to be able to represent them accurately online on a range of platforms.

Shake Social are proud to deliver the email, blog and social communications on behalf of Equation, and have done so since 2012. Our work includes ongoing social media content and management, live coverage of their popular seminars, raising awareness of their award-winning projects, managing their email communications for professionals in the sector, and researching and writing a weekly blog post for their website.
